The Project Management Program is designed for those seeking - to Begin a New Career in Project Management, Growth - by adding Project Management practices and disciplines to enrich their current knowledge and skillset, Preparation for Certification Coursework - enhance the ability to successfully complete PMI Certification courses to and test for PMI Certification.
To satisfy this program's objectives the student will learn through classroom lectures, Lab Activities, and Knowledge Transfer from seasoned, successful Project Managers, and Real Life project experience through our Mentorship Program.
Students will learn to gather Customer Requirements, create a Requirements Document, Project Plan, Project Schedule, Baseline Plan, Risk Plan, Resource Plan, Budget Plan, Communications Plan, Meeting Agenda, Meeting Minutes, Task Assignments, Tracking documents, Status Reports, and other related project documents.
