Course Description

  • Students will learn the fundamentals of Project Scheduling, Methodology, Terminology, Management, and Reporting.; they will participate in lab assignments where they will create and manage a Project Schedule.

Course Goals

  • The Goal of this course is for the student to learn what a Project Schedule is how to create and manage the projects schedule using Project Management Tools and PM Best Practices, so they can effectively manage and control their Project's Schedule.

  • Prepare the student to work in a real world project environment
