• Students will learn the fundamentals of Project Planning, the different types of project plans, Methodology, Terminology, Management, and Reporting; .; they will participate in lab assignments where they will create and manage a Project Plan.

Course Goals

• The Goal of this course is for the Student to learn what a Project Plan is and how to create a their own Project Plan using Project Management Tools and PMI Best Practices so they can effectively manage and control their Project's Deliverables, managing it to the Project Plan's overall scope plan end to end.

• Prepare the student to work in a real world project environment

• Equip the student with the tools they need to be successful

• Ready the student to take the PMI Certification Prep Course
