Course Description

  • Every Project faces Risks to it's to it's delivery to the customer; Knowing how to identify the Risks and how to Mitigate them is the responsibility of the Project Manager. This Module will identify the types of Risks faced in real world projects.

  • The Student be able to identify what types of Risks they will encounter, Aaccess the impact of those Risks, how to to Mitigate the Risks, and how to Plan for the Risk if experienced in their project.
