Kristi Nilles is a fearless, results-driven, and growth-oriented Technology Consultant with 25 years' experience dedicated to building solutions and services that deliver strong ROI and sustainability for her customers. Kristi's successes include working in director-level positions with some of the largest technology organizations across the globe. She is motivated by change and believes that failure is not an option. Kristi has never feared growth and is proof that hard work and perseverance can take you from an entry-level worker to closing multi-million dollar deals for Fortune 100 companies. Kristi comes from an economically disadvantaged, single-parent family, and her family history shares a devastating story of white slavery in the Shenandoah mountains. At 16, she was living in her car but took every up-mobility opportunity that came her way and never turned down the chance for growth. At 23, she was offered a sales position in technology that changed her life forever. She is now dedicating her career to empowering and guiding individuals from similar backgrounds to gain success through inspiring technology careers.

John has over 40 years of experience in both the Technology and Banking sectors, with a heavy focus on leading and managing marketing, sales, and services organizations for several Fortune 100 companies. He also brings more than 20 years of volunteer and Board-level participation with several large not-for-profit organizations, including experience in working with civic and business leaders in fund-raising and resources.
The RedBridge team is honored to have Mr. Verbanic as acting Chairman of the Board. John's career was built on solid ethics and a drive for community advancement.

Allen’s has spent the past 30 Years of high-level Manufacturing Experience. Allen brings his strength of years of Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing connections to help drive sales within the Industry. He will help drive Branding and avenues of Fundraising through his outstanding connections to the City, State Economic and Workforce Development Operations.
M. Allen Smith is from Washington, NC, Attended East Carolina University, and is considered one of the leading safety experts in the South East in the field of manufacturing. Allen is a federally-authorized OSHA General Industry Instructor and MSHA Instructor.
