Our industry-unique Programs, prepare new hires and potential hires for a career in your company.

With our Programs, potential employees will learn what to expect from a manufacturing environment. Students will be introduced to the basics of manufacturing; the various jobs, equipment, environments, vocabulary, and types of manufacturing facilities that exist. Employees will learn Microsoft Excel, how to communicate with a supervisor, we will manage their expectations of the benefits they will receive, basic financial training, learn communication skills, goal setting, how to handle conflict, work ethics and so much more.

EVERY STUDENT RECEIVES THEIR OSHA 10 HR GENERAL INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT LABOR CARD!

10 or 30 Hour: OSHA General Industry Safety Class Certificate & Department of Labor Card Program

Introduction to Manufacturing Project Management Program

PMI states that there will be 9.9 million new PM Jobs by 2028! Manufacturing second in this requirement. By adding Project Management practices and disciplines to enrich current knowledge and skillset, Preparation for Certification Coursework - enhance individual ability to successfully enter into a PM Career.


To satisfy this program's objectives the student will learn through Classroom Lectures, Lab Activities, and Knowledge Transfer from seasoned, successful Project Managers, and Real Life project experience through our Mentorship Program.

Students will learn to gather Customer Requirements, create a Requirements Document, Project Plan, Project Schedule, Baseline Plan, Risk Plan, Resource Plan, Budget Plan, Communications Plan, Meeting Agenda, Meeting Minutes, Task Assignments, Tracking documents, Status Reports, and other related project documents.

Program Requirements:

  • 40 hours of Introduction Project ManageTraining

  • 20 hours Upward Mobility & Career Development Training

  • RedBridge Academy Certificate of Completion

Career Development - Employee Empowerment Programs

RBE has a number of programs that will give your current employees the needed skills and certifications to make them stronger more well-rounded employees.

Our Programs offer both soft skills (Communicating with a Supervisor, Goal Setting, Conflict Resolution, etc) as well as hard skills (Microsoft Basics and Excel Proficiency, Financial Management, Reading a P & L Statement, Business Communications, etc).

These can be Private courses or have your team join our Public Classes for employee enhancement.
