As Creative Director Mr. Peltz, is in charge of the Creative Department which includes RBE's advertising and marketing campaigns. Ian will be in charge of, but not limited to: planning company advertisements, monitoring brand campaigns, revising presentations, and shaping brand standards.

Ian is trained as an art and media scholar but has consistently been looking for a way to deliver impactful change outside of the academy. He has taken his training and worked as Creative Director for artists whose monetization takes place primarily online. This has materialized in the form of video editing, copywriting, and content creation. He is concerned with our ever-changing social landscape and is constantly looking for ways to resonate both materially and digitally.
