RBE's Results-Driven Program

RBE’s Manufacturing Career Training’s purpose is to make participants aware of sustainable careers in manufacturing, give them the confidence to apply to high paying jobs, and achieving certifications to make them desirable candidates.

As a rule the highest paying, non-skilled labor jobs with the best benefits an path for advancement are manufacturing jobs. There are currently 540,000 unfilled Manufacturing jobs in the US and a report by The Manufacturing Institute last year found that 4.6 million jobs will need to be filled in the sector over the next decade (Source; CNBC online). Once employed most manufacturers have internal apprentice programs that allow employees so inclined to increase their value to the company through learning technical skills associated with specific equipment, ie Forklift Operator, CNC Operator, Press Operator…

Many people, especially from disenfranchised communities never consider these jobs. Countless young men and women in these communities believe there is really not a way out.

By completing this program they will be given an opportunity to embark upon a rewarding and profitable career. This platform will also be valuable to people from all walks of life looking to find jobs in manufacturing.

The Specifics

This program will provide participants with training in writing resumes, interview skills and an introduction into manufacturing. These classes are designed to give the participants the confidence and skills to excel in applying for, interviewing for and getting high-paying jobs in manufacturing.

Then we bring out our “Ace in the Hole”. Each participant will be given their OSHA 10 hour or 30 hour General Industry Safety and Health Certification and Department of Labor OSHA Card. This is very desirable to manufacturing, and having this certification will give graduates a tremendous advantage over other entry-level candidates in the hiring process.

The Program
